You most likely have spyware called a browser hijacker. It is very annoying. Get SpyBot and Ad-Aware, both free from download.com. Install them both, then immunize your computer in SpyBot before running a full bot check. If SpyBot doesn't find the hijacker, Ad-Aware will.

Sounds like you have some sort of spyware, adware, or other infection on your system and it is redirecting your links toward their sites. I'd recommend running your antivirus software along with anti-spyware tools to diagnose your system. Checkout an application called SpyBot Search & Destroy for a good start. It is a free application that I've found useful in the past. It doesn't catch/repair everything though (none do so use several for the best protection). Another useful tool is HiJackThis which may actually be useful in your case (sounds like something is hijacking your browser).

yahoo often pops up first with ebay stuff. look futher down in the page for something thats not for sale.
if it keeps doing this you may have adware of a virus so I suggest scanning your computer.
