and everyone assumed my boss was male...would it surprise you to know that my boss was a female who was homophobic?

Doesnt suprise me at all. My sister is homophobic. She is a christian and says the bible is against gays. Thing is the bible was written bloomin hundreds of years ago and things have changed since then.

Nah, all types can be homophobic. She's probably insecure and taking it out on GLBT people. It's sad really.

No it wouldn't. There is no general equation of how a person is born gay. It doesn't matter what sexual orientation your son is. He is still your child and deserves unconditional love from his parents.

So let me get straight, your son is gay and your boss is lesb, who cares. top of that it's nun of your bizz, what life style your boss has, and top of that you could be fired for talking about your boss.
And your son you should support you son for who he.

If your son is gay, it has NOTHING to do with someone else - nobody, he was born predisposd to be gay, NOBODY is to be blamed, he is what he is, let him live his life, support him, love him, and the most important thing is : you will keep your son - if you reject him, you WILL loose your son, and he will loose his mother and father !
