Should your partner show you a little jealousy once in a while? My husband is not jealous at all, which is good, but sometimes he makes me feel he doesn't care at all about what I do. Nothing worries him...could it be that he doesn't love me enough?

Jealousy is an emotion that is triggered by a feeling of being threatened by someone or something.

I personally think a little jealousy is a good thing.

I wouldn't say your husband loves you any less...it is said that some people never experience this emotion because of their nature. (I've never met anyone that doesn't get jealous to some degree) however, your husband might just be one of those people.

i imagine countless men (and females) confuse jealousy with a shielding nature. i do no longer discover jealousy alluring - it makes me sense like i'm no longer being relied on or that i'm a possession. on the different hand, if a guy is bothering/harassing me i hit upon it very stunning to have my husband arise and carry my hand or regardless of. Jealousy takes position at the same time as someone feels disrespected (both with the help of somebody else no longer recognizing what's "theirs" or feeling disrespected with the help of and not in any respect trusting their significant different). i'd argue the adaptation between jealousy and protectiveness is a element of risk - if the guy isn't a actual risk for your significant except you're being jealous, no longer shielding.

I think everything here sounds fine =) It sounds like he trusts you enough that he knows nothing is going to happen, so if he seems casual on things, that's probably why. I'm in a wonderful relationship and we make a "strong team", he's never once given me reasons to be jealous and I haven't either. If I go out with long time friends, he's either with me to meet them =) or he'll say "ok, have a good time, call me when you get done" kind of thing.

I have no idea. Mine is the same way. When i ask him about it all he says is i trust you i know you arent going anywhere so why should i worry about it. Kind of upsets me sometimes, but i guess he has a point. Good luck

My husband never shows jealousy, I like it that way. Jealousy, to me, implies lack of trust. I know he trusts me completely, and I trust him completely.

No it just means that he trusts u which would u rather have. A non trusting relationship with arguments and accusations or a trusting happy comfortable relationship.
