i just took a pill out of a tylenol that is white and it says L-374 on it. I thought it was a tylenol but i took a second look and there is lots of diff. pills in the bottle. AHHHHHHH. help me! what did i just take? the person whos pills it is, is not here.

this happened to me one time, I thought I was taking pepto but instead acidentally took a tranquilizer... You'll be fine, just enjoy the ride... Its not like pharamcies give out suicide pills or anything... If you are really scared and have an allergy to medicine though I would recommend you call poison control or 911 ASAP

Ok I just searched it because I'm a nice person.
you can stop freaking out! All you took was an excedrin tablet for migraines.
now as a migraine sufferer I know what these pills do.
First of all- go eat.
secondly- if you feel tired- sleep.
Migraine pills often make you tired so you sleep off the migraine.
Don't drive unless you're past the tired stage.
but ya go drink some water and eat. you have to eat with migraine pills.
also I suggest buying your own pain meds. As a college student I trust no one...much safer that way! People do hide illegal drugs in those containers....and do mix as you just realized..you never really know what you're taking. and that's not good.

If you just took one pill it's going to be ok, as long as you didn't over dose. Make a phone call to who ever those belong to and ask what you just took. If you are 'really' worried about it, then you can call the pharmacy and find out what you took, or you can always go to the ER, but like I said before, as long as you didn't over dose it's should be just fine.

There are websites where you can enter the info from the pill and it will tell you what you took, or you can call Poison control, they can tell you too.
