I work on the computer 8 hours a day and if I am on a project I have to set a timer to get me off to stretch and take a break. Then when I get home, I have a home business and I am back on the computer.
I even find myself on the computer on off time playing games. I am hooked.

Yeah, I do it at least 4 or 5 times...accept, its not that I'm bored, its that I have other stuff to do that isn't as fun, like cleaning and laundry.
