My skin is pretty sensitive, so when I treat a blemish, the skin often breaks and turns into a scab. I really want to cover it up, but applying concealer looks too obvious. Is there a way to cover up a small scab or make it less noticeable?

trying to cover it up is the last resort. so try this first. scrub your face with st. ive's acne facial scrub, it has salicylic acid which treats blemishes and speeds up exfoliation of the skin. and then use an alcohol free toner, try nivea's alcohol free toner/cleanser. then apply moisturizer. during the day use a sunblock of course. nivea has this tinted moisturizer with sunblock in it. it serves as a foundation as well. but if the skin is really rough, try using petroleum jelly, the soothing variant.

I would use a face wash and face scrub for sensitive skin - if that is what you really have. You could have dry skin - it still gets zits - and that's why you flake.
1] Use the face wash very day, and rinse well.
2] Use the face scrub 1 or 2 times a week, with a clean cloth or just your fingers. Scrub gently, and rinse well.
3] Apply oil-free sunscreen moisturizer.
4] Then apply a tiny bit of coverup [ like Erase ]directly on the red/pink part of the blemish - it blends better if you use it with moisturizer, and use a tiny dab on the 'angry' part instead of the whole thing.
5] Use a small dab of Clearasil or other acne cream on zits.
6] At night, use a dab of vaseline around the flaky or scab part.
Keep hands and hair off face.
Eat lots of fruits and veggies; avoid fried, fast, or junk food.
Take a multivitamin with minerals - traces of these make a big difference in any problem skin.
