Hi I HAVE AN APARTMENT IN sPAIN WHICH HAS A LARGE TERRACE FOR OUTDOOR USE. However there are still minor problems with noise and the occasional water leak from top floors blowing into the patios below. In less favourable climes, noise is still the foremost problem but also most flats do not have lifts, so dragging furniture, babies ,buggies, up several flights of stairs is not pleasant. I find British apartments claustrophobic because of their lack of outdoor space. I am not sure of the legal aspects in Britain but in Spain I love apartment living because the rules are clearly understood by everyone in the building

1st, we convert foot to meter, we multiply 0.30480 to 15 and 12 ft to get 4.572 and 3.6576 meters respectively, because 1 ft = 0.30480 m,

then, we multiply these two measurements to get the area, the answer will be approximately 16.72m^2
