My firm produces inde movies, music videos, documentaries, etc. I want to ensure that my DVDs can't be copied by customers.

How can I create a master, that I can then burn (including the original menus, etc) so that it's copy protected?

Not going to happen.

Video DVD standard itself does NOT really permit copy protection. The existing scheme called CSS was already broken and a decrypting key takes only seconds to locate on a PC. Any sort of protection can be programmed around on a PC except something extremely nasty like Starforce, and that's for PC programs, not video DVDs.

Sony claims at least partial success though, but it'll cost $$$
