OH MY GOD!!! A GAS PROTEST??!! TOO COOL!!! I HADN'T HEARD THAT BEFORE!!! WHEN IS IT AGAIN!!! YOU SHOULD TELL EVERYONE!!! BE SURE TO PUT THIS ON EVERY BOARD!!! EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW THIS!!!

if people in the US did not buy gas for a week the oil compainies would sh!t a brick.
in most states you you have have a law made by the people and during the next vote the law will be sent to the general populace and it may win.
heres the process.
create the bill with the help of lawyers who can make sure the entire document is legal and does no violate any standing laws. make sure the lawyer has expireance with this sort of thing.
no get a petition for people to sign, the number of people varies from state to state.
not turn the bill over to your state legislature and they will do the rest.
hopefully if it gets past all the lobyestst and cometties it will end up on the next voting ballot.
just realize that if you did get the bill in to the legislature the oil companies would fight tooth and nail to stop it and if the bill was voted in and inated then the oil companies could simply cut off all oil and gas being sent to your state.

I don't think it will have much effect. People are just going to buy as much gas or more the next day. Americans should stop complaining, in the UK they pas $7 (yes, American dollars) a gallon and in Japan it's $9.

In my opinion the protest is stupid. We need gas to get to places we need to go to. I dont pay attention to things like that or the gas prices I just get the gas because I need it no matter what the price is.
