The fence post has been shifted by tree roots over the last couple of years. I just want to reposition it easily without removing it.

Dig a hole around the post and drive a couple pieces of rebar into the ground on each side. Adjust the post. Then pour in some quik-crete and water. The rebar and concrete should steady the post in the future.

You will need to dig down around it. Once you have a pit dug around it take some cement and put it in place. We do it in the feed lot and the cattle don't knock it down once we have it cemented in. You can get 60 pound bags with the sand already in it. If it is a big corner post use about three bags.
