The RTL 8139D on the chip means its the RealTek chipset. You'll find the driver at the URL I've cited below.

& and under Ethernet Card section you will find Driver for your Lan Card

Do not try any other RealTek Chip drivers for INTEX Lan cards bkas it won't work even if its a RealTek Chip.
