jpop.bww2.com was a very good site where users could share links, but it doesn't seem to be working..

http://www.jpopcorn.com/ is a similar site with quite a lot of music that I found recently



There are also some forums with a section for downloads, such as http://www.tokyo-nights.com/ or http://z9.invisionfree.com/bww2/

You can also try searching in google in file upload services - eg try searching for "site:megaupload.com Ayumi Hamasaki" and you should find quite a lot of downloads
