Everyone is saying New England, which is fine. I mean I don't disagree but c'mon this team was already 4 min from the Super Bowl again last year so if they did nothing they would still be contenders.
Let's look at the 49ers. Two years removed from maybe THE worst team in the NFL they are now looking to make a playoff push this year and setting themselves up for success LONG TERM! Their key holes were WR's in which the tossed out A. Bryant and signed A. Lelie (yawn) and traded a 4th ROUND PICK for Darrell Jackson (Pro Bowl WR from division rival). How they pulled that off I'll never know. Their defense was horrid. They added stud Pro Bowl players and will easily have 6 new starters on Defense this year. Free agency was very kind to them as they got real athletes and the draft was flat awesome. Not only will they reap the benefits this year but for year to come. Mike Nolan and the front office has done an incredible job of changing this team from a laughable loser to a contender for years to come. Which as we know is the hardest thing to do in football. (See Cleveland, Oakland, Arizona, etc.)
All their key pieces are young (Alex Smith, Frank Gore, Vernon Davis, Offensive Line and Linebackers especially) Look for the 49ers haters coming back out of hiding the next few seasons.

Cleveland did good in free agency. They signed Eric Steinbach away from the Bengals for about 49 million bucks. They helped themselves and weakened a division foe at the same time. If LeCharles Bentley comes back, then on paper, it will be one of the top 10 offensive lines. They also added depth to the O-line, CB's and Lb's. San Fran did good with Nate Clements but overpayed for him but got Darrell Jackson too which is a good move. New Englands only move was Randy Moss which was huge. Hope it pans out for the Pats with him. He's another T.O.

No doubt the Pats.
They are making "fantasy" trades in real life and picking up players for this season as well as the future.
They are second to none this off season and the closest thing we have seen as to a dynasty in a few decades.
