I wanna know if it's possible to require a username and a password or just a password everytime a Networked PC or a shared folder is accessed from another PC in the same workgroup. I've tried something but it only require once and after a successful login, it won't require a user to login again.

Well, I don't use XP at all, here a an idea that I use on 3 servers and 2000 Pro. right click on the folder you wish to make private and click properties > security. Remove the everyone group from the list and add in only the user accounts you wish to access the folder. Click apply and you should be set. This also works for programs also.

Change the password, if they map the drive etc it will save that information but if you change the password every time they access it then you should accomplish what your wanting. I'm not sure of a way to keep the same password yet prompt every time for a password..
