It's been shown that people who have recurring nightmares that cause them serious anguish and loss of sleep commonly wake up before the climactic part of the dream suggesting that there is some need to complete the dream to stop it recurring. This also suggests that dreams have a therapeutic purpose because the nightmare will repeat until completion.

This is not necessarily true however and theories abound as to the meaning and interpretation of dreams. I just think this theory makes sense.

If it is about a person u could not identify (like a corpse being taken for burial) then someone whose death is likely 2 touch u will likely die. If u dream of your own death, well that i don't know...maybe u are drunk.

good imagination, you never actually die in your dreams though you wake up just before you die. I had this horrible dream a couple of months back that i was shot and i could actually feel like pressure on my back when i woke up, its weired what our brains can do when we are asleep
