Worst? No, probably not. Not when we've had presidents like Harding, Buchanan and Grant. Those who ask this question need to study more history. I seems likely that history will eventually group him with these, considering his list of failures (The Iraq War, Katrina, failure to reform Social Security, illegal wiretap program, massive deficit, loss of US reputation globally) compared to his successes (Tax cut...um, there's got to be another, doesn't there?). However, history usually needs a few decades to really judge a president. In fact, it is usually done best when the historians weren't around during the president's term.

However, it can be said that he's the worst that anyone alive today has suffered through.

Yes I think George W. Bush is the worst president has ever seen, because he makes bad choices and leading United States into a war we will never win.

Yes, I think that he will rank down at the bottom with Richard Nixon. Not only did he start an unjust and unnecessary war, but his people have engaged in all sorts of illegal and unethical behaviors including using the Justice Department for political purposes. Bush has used his status as a "war president" as a pretext to limit defendants' constitutional rights to a speedy trial by jury, to an attorney, to confront witnesses and to examine evidence. The Bush administration has also acted outside the FISA statute to conduct massive eavesdropping on US citizens without the judicial check of a warrant. This is only a partial list of the abuses perpetrated by the Bushies, and it is already more extensive than Nixon's.

I think your question shows video game perspective the judging of a president can only be done through historical perspective, some of the presidents who where vehemently criticize in the past are now considered some our best presidents ex Truman ,Lincoln, so those of you that want to lambast a president that is currently in office shows a certain type of narrow and not looking past today mentality.

If his policy in the middle east continues to fail, he will go down in history as one of the worst presidents ever. If they succeed (seems very unlikely but possible), history will applaud him as visionary and principled.
