God, grant me the serenity, to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
COME ON WISDOM.

No, you shouldn't bite your tongue if you're talking about what I think. You need to make your feelings known or you'll just be used even more. To be honest I think the people/person think you're fine with what's going on because you haven't said anything. Go on, you can say it.

You can try punching walls but that have consequences to your knuckle if you punch hard.
You can take it out at the Gym work off all the tension. Or watch a comedy in video or in theaters. Listen to songs.
Or try to resolve it in your mind. Like analyze how it could have been prevented, try looking it on the other persons point of view, etc.

Kick the bejesus out of a few pillows. I know it sounds a little corny but trust me it works. Think about it like this.. You pound said pillow until you are tired, once you are tired you succumb to the pillows unrelenting urges and fall into a dreamless sleep....

you dont need anyone to take it out on. listen to some angry music and sing the lyrics at the top of your lungs. take a walk. or even go do something for YOU that makes YOU feel good. you need to get agression out. i suffer severly from depression and its not worth holding it all in your stomach or taking it out on your loved ones.

I got to my room, bunch up my pillows and duvet and then beat the crap out of them until all the frustration and anger has worked itself out of me. Works every time.
