Help with creating a company portfolio?

I need to create a company portfolio and have no idea where to begin. I have all of the financial numbers and have a budget for 4 consectutive years of the project.

If I understand a corporate portfolio, you need more than numbers.

Section the portfolio in to different bits of information.

Corporate makeup - officers and such
Mission Statement
Numbers (budgets and profitability)
Thoughts for the future?
