Well if all the conditions on the planet indicate that it could support life, you'd have to assume that there should be life there.
The whole scientific theory of life is based on the idea that life will exist based on supportive environment. I would love it if there was no life. Not that it would shatter my perspective on anything, but the collective "DAMN!!!" to be heard from the scientific community would be priceless.
What can I say...I think chaos breeds creativity.

I did a little bit of calculation, and from what we know (5 times Earth's mass and 1.5 times Earth diameter) it would have a gravational force on the surface 2.2222 times that of earth (thse figures are, or course, very, very rough).
No one has said that it has water, just that it's surface temperture will allow for water. No one has said it has an atomosphere, much less what such an atmosphere would be like.
I think that if has an atmosphere it will be a lot more like Venus than earth becuause it does not have a large moon to help strip it of the excess atmosphere, however, this is just a guess on my part.
They are waiting for it to occulate it's star now so they can determine what sort of atmosphere it has and if water is actually present.
Guessing if it has life or not is just that, guessing.
Idle speculation is fun for conversation, but does not allow us to say "It seems that Gliese 581C has all the features a human need for living". That is drawing a conclusion before all (indeed before almost any) of the fact are in.
We can hope, but it will be a while before we know anything for certain. . .

No, it does not have all features needed for human life. All we know about it is that it is at the right distance from its star so that it COULD have a mild temperature. That does not mean that it DOES have a mild temperature. And we do not know if it even has an atmosphere or water. It is almost certain that gravity there would be much stronger than on Earth, probably twice as strong. And it probably always keeps one side facing its star because of tidal locking due to its close in orbit around its cool star. That would mean there would be no day or night. One side of the planet would always be in daylight and get much hotter that average, while the other side would always be in a dark, cold night. So it does not really sound like a nice place.

Campbelp2002 is right. They didn't say it is an Earthlike planet, they said that it is a rocky planet that orbits roughly between the orbits of Venus and Mars, the so-called Goldilocks zone. For all we know, it could be a barren moon-like rock. It could be like Venus. It could very well be Earthlike with liquid water, but with a chlorine atmosphere. All of these environments would render the planet uninhabitable to humans.
But don't despair! the good news is that it was found orbiting a dim red star, which was previously thought to be impossible. That opens up a significant majority of the galaxy's stars for the potential to have an Earthlike planet. And considering that we have so far searched about 200 stars out of a total of ohh say, 100 BILLION stars (in our galaxy alone!). we still have plenty of ground to cover :)

According to my opinion humans cannot exist somewhere else other than earth even though the condition is suitable for living as humans may feel home sick of their home planet (Earth).
Super earth is 20 light years away from earth so it will 20 years even though we somehow figure out to travel at the speed of light.
The other answers support the concept of life in super earth. I partially agree them too.

May be, it is said by the scientists that it has a rocky surface . May be the water will also find there. it could be better if life will exist there because it is believed that earth is going to be finish.
