A student teacher beccame involved with a teen student. He got her pregnant. She lost the baby. He got her pregnant again and then he married her. Should the school he is now hired in at know this? How can you guarantee if there is nothing on record of this behavior that he is NOT looking at other young students? Also by reporting this is there any legal problems that could come of t his kind of report directed towards the individual reporting what happened? Triple question.

I do think the school should be notified. If you are worried about what could happen to you if you report it, then I think you should send an anonymous letter.

This is so wrong on soooo many levels. First, did his previous school terminate his contract? If so it should be on his record and the question is why did the new school system hire him, they are suppose to do background and record checks. Where was this girls parents, it is rape at that age! What I would recommend is that you contact the school administrator either by phone or letter and tell them that you have concerns regarding this individual, I would not be concerned with any legal issues because if she was underage and pregnant then you are not slandering him, it was fact. If I were this girl I would seriously reconsider how much he truly cares for me, and give some thought about that he has a problem with praying on children.

Any teacher who has sex with a student should lose his/her job.
Such action by a teacher should result in the loss of a teacher's teaching credentials.
In Pennsylvania not too long ago, a teacher lost his job for selling fake Rolex watches at a flea market. I think a teacher having sex with a student is more serious.

This is something that should be reported.
Because of the ethics involved, and the teacher taking advantage of ignorance of a child was a violation of the rights of the child as well.
Even if the child is now 18, if you have proof of this allegation, you have a responsibility to others who may be taken advantage of.
When you protect others rights, you also enforce your own.
