Without knowing your budget, or your proximety to a Lowes or Home Depot,,,both sell mesh or solid body trailers for that purpose.

I just priced a mesh one with a ramp/rear gate at just $300, with decent size wheels, welded frame, painted black, with a decent suspension. To put it on the road you'd need a "Light Kit"
