It's way better than limewrie, kazaa, or morpheus. It has ratings for the files so that you can see if someone has had trouble with a download or if the quality is not good Before you waste your time downlaoding.

Don't use p2p, it's the worst for viruses.
Bit torrent is a good one, and you can get the torrents from demonoid.com but you can only register with them on Fridays.
You can also get some albums off www.albumbase.com but it has a limited range and a lot have been deleted, plus you really gotta do a virus scan after downloading them (more so than other downloads).
