Your Atlas should have a bunch of numbers for each state that you can call for restrictions. I know in New YORK you definitely can't...and Cali seems to echo NY in certain things.

Your dispatcher/company rep should know.

Ask on your CB.

Ask someone over the QualComm if you've got one.

(Personally I wouldn't drive those anyway, it's dangerous enough just with a single!)
