You probably don't get enough sleep. At your age, keeping awake during even boring stuff shouldn't be a problem, if you are healthy and active enough. I thought that, and then I saw that you write you stay up studying late at night. Coffe is not a solution, just a way to destroy your nervous system. Programme your studying and other activities better, in order to make sure you don't sleep too late. Also, have some fruit and some exercise in the morning, even for 10 minutes, that will help you. studying late at night or when you are tired isn't offer you much knowledge anyway, you just stay over the book and think you are studying, but it is not effective.

PS. when you are really sleepy in the classroom, ask to go to the loo, go out, take some deep breaths, splash some water on your face, run or do some stretching exercises for 1-2 minutes, that'll wake you.

definite I do locate it complicated. If i actually do nap I finally end up stepping into to a deep sleep and could no longer awaken for 3-4 hours later. Then i'm upset that I slept see you later and then I also have a annoying time falling asleep that nighttime (for sure) so I merely finally end up no longer taking naps.

try to make a point of paying attention- you want to write down the inportant things, so focus on the teacher and the lesson to get the most out of it, and try not to think about how you feel (tired). dull answer, i know, but it works pretty well. coffee never hurts either.
