1) First, assuming that she survives, will call the police and the fire department, the insurance company and the city hall, and at least a dozen of her friends and relatives.
2) Next, she'll be over my house armed with a videocamera recorder and papers and pens with some of her friends, asking for my name, insurance company, time of the crime, while waiting for the police to show up to have me arrested.
3) By the day's end, she'll host a vast media show at her home and yard and be in both the 6 o'clock and 11 o'clock news, and probably already have a book deal and an invitation to appear on the Larry King show on how she survived the atomic blast, and what it's like to have been living next door to a terrorist.

She will be dead and so will you. Atom bombs are extremely powerful. In fact, you won't have to worry about just what your neighbor will be thinking, rather, you're whole neighborhood. You might want to look into M80s or cherry bombs.

that is , if she lives to do something about it . an atomic bomb may destroy half of your neighbourhood (depending on the size)

nothing much,........ the suburb will basically disappear,...... so i wouldnt be to worried about noise and compliants and so forth......
