If you can change any event in history what would it be and why?

Perhaps if the warnings about the terrorist plot that culminated in 9/11 had been taken more seriously, there might not have been the messy outcome that exists today. Although not being an American and of little influence, I don't know how "I" could have changed anything.

Alex,if I could change an event in history it would be that I was able to stop John Wilkes Booth from assassinating Lincoln.Why? Because I would have wanted to see or to know what his second term would have been liked if he had lived. I think Reonstruction may have been differene a little bit and there would have been a gradual relief of tensions instead of one of massive hatred toward North and South.

I would have forbidden the importation of black slaves into the United States. Not because I feel sorry for blacks. The off-spring of black slaves in the US today live hundreds of times better lives than their cousins in Africa. Look at Darfur, Somalia, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Liberia, et al. The reason I would have forbidden blacks in the United States would have been for the protection of future generations of white people who are now subjected to unprecedented violence at the hands of blacks. Also, white culture has been devastated by the adoption of black culture in the forms of immoral music, dance, promiscuity, deficient IQs, and corruption of white values. Call me racist if you wish, but this is my honest opinion.

I would prevent the invention of organized religion. It's the one thing that people have continually used throughout history to subjugate people and enforce their 'power' on individuals and groups.

i will correct the event that made humans to supperate from one group to many.

watever may be the cause of first sepperation that made so many races and so many differences among them

if you can correct it we wont fight among ourselves on the basis of race, religion, color, nation.....etc

by correcting this event i hope many other mis happens will become impossible
