Recently "Imus" was fired from his job for making unkind and unnecessary comments.......Many people jumped on the band wagon to voice their opinion about how "Imus" should be fired. He was fired! The black leaders of the community would not accept his apology......except, for those he made the comment about.
The the hip hop music moguls, stood silent, allowing this to happen to a man, who said less in his comment than they do daily in their portrayal of the women in their videos. The silence of their actions confirmed what wasn't said, they and they alone brought about the negative comments being made not only about the music but about the women and women who allow themselves to be portrayed in the manner for which they are called, deragatory names.
Their silence spoke volumns!
