It doesnt have to be music, just the noises that are going on around you! If I take my headphones off I can hear the birds singing and the local primary school kids playing in the distance!

Radio Luxembourg,playing Dire Straits at the mo,the washing machine,my Bull Mastiff and Staff Bull Terrier snoring,and the bloody noisy builders next door.The latter been going at it 4 nearly a month!

The noise of my hotel air conditioning system and a few cars passing by from time to time. The wife in bed watching the Chinese version of Pop Idol and it's painful.......the things we do for love!
