he hasnt been replaced yet
but they signed David Carr to back him up, possibly even start if Delhomme doesnt play well
currently now Delhomme is still the starting QB

I don't think Delhomme has been replaced yet. Although they brought in David Carr to compete for the job.

They got David Carr but Delhomme should start next season unless he gets injured.

David Carr is there, along with Brett Basanez. Delhomme is still the starter though.
Whoever ends up throwing, though, will have a harder time now that Keyshawn Johnson gone and Steve Smith in double coverage. And I don't think they have a good replacement for him unless they get someone new... the 4th round pick won't take his place.
EDIT: I didn't see Dwayne Jarrett, he might do a good job as the 2nd receiver... they also picked a receiver in the 4th round.

I don't think Delhomme will be replaced. David Carr needs a year to realize the linemen will actually BLOCK for him.

No one. He is still listed at #1 on the depth chart. Delhomme will compete for the starting job with Carr this preseason.

delhomme is still the starter, but it wont be long until David Carr will take over....
which the way it should be, Delhomme isnt very good and Carr is better

That fourth round pick is actually a second round pick named Duane Jarrett. Delhomme sucks and should be replaced if the team has any interest in actually winning.

He hasn't been replaced yet, but you can look forward to David Carr as your future QB. But I have got to advise you, don't freak out. There is a very good quarterback in him. If the Panthers can put a good O-Line in front of him, he can be very productive.
