on my tree iv got lots of brown cases,underneath it white and cotteny with loads of pink eggs,can anyone help to identefie these for me

Its a baby spider sack - lots of little baby spiders ready to pop out and spread silky web everywhere for you to walk into.

Could be Caterpillar sacks usually found on pine trees when it´s ready it will break open the caterpillers will then fall to the ground lots of them

It doesn't sound like anything good. I'd hose it down with insecticide. Whatever it is will hatch into something that can't be good for the tree.

Sounds like it could be infested with "Gypsy Moths" or one like it Have it checked by a reputable Nursery! Good Luck

I would snip off some of what you describe and take it to a local garden center. They should be able to identify it and then suggest remedies.
