Becuase the very nature of life is complex.
i guess an analogy is that it can be like a computer. A computer is a complex machine that runs complex software, and yet to the outside novice user it can seem so simple :)

Usually, it's two reasons. First, you're smokin' hot. Nothing much you can do about that one (why would you want to?). Second, you have a hard time saying no. Work on that one.
