There are surgeries out there that will make it longer. Has something to do with them cutting a tendon or something that lets it loosen up but surgeries like that dont really add more than an inch or so and cost a lot. Also they have a risk of losing the ability to have an erection. My best advice is to not worry about the size and just learn to use it well. If you arouse your partner and use all your parts to pleasure her then she is still going to find satisfaction regardless of size. Also try and think of things on the bright side. Being small makes it easier to deep throat lol. Have you never heard heard "its not the size of the boat in the ocean its the motion of the ocean."

You know, I used to wonder about these women who would claim that size doesn't matter. I used to worry that they were just trying to spare my poor dear little fragile male ego. it's all about positioning! doggie style or on her back with her knees to her chest will make the smallest guy feel big.
