The National League was formed in 1876 and the American League in 1901 but I was wondering if stats from the previous professional leagues that eventually became the NL and AL(NABBP and the Western League) are included in the MLB all time career leaders lists?

The National Association existed from 1871 to 1875 before becoming the National League in 1876. While there are records of the games from the NA, MLB is considered to have started in 1876.

The site below does include stats prior to 1876, but they are NOT MLB stats. The AL began in 1901.

Not officially. Some stats sites count National Association stats, but the N.A. wasn't officially considered a major league. Nor was the Western League/American League (it changed its name in 1900 but isn't considered major-league quality until '01).
