I cry if it's really bad. Sometimes I sink into a depression and can't make myself do anything or I just tune out and come in here and browse the net, play games or chat to someone. The other thing I've been known to do is write. I write about what happened and how i'm feeling and it makes me feel a little better. I also find going to bed and sleeping it off makes me feel alot better too after I wake up!

1. stop pretending that you are having a bad day and turn it into a good one.
2. help someone out and maybe that will make u feel better.
3. take a walk and say hi to random people and ask how they are doing.
4. take a nap
5.take a shower, make ur self some food and watch a movie.
6. go to the gym.
call your friends and relatives and tell the ones u care about that u love them.
SO WHAT DO U DO WHEN U R HAVING A BAD DAY??????? the answer is simple, try to make it a good day :)

i sulk and im pretty much rude to everyone or just dont talk to anyone. My friends except me and dont seem to mind, they know me so well, they just ignore me. But it makes me feel much better later cause for those few hours i did not have to pretend to be a nice person, i can be a complete biatch and people just let me blow off steam
