Oh of course you're forgiven. We all have rotten moods, I know I do and I can sympathise with you, Oh, insurance companies, they do seriously p*** you off, had quite a few run ins with them myself, they're so frustrating. Just to get hold of them on the phone is an art form in itself. What a great guy you are for apologising, pity there weren't more like you! Why do some people find it so hard to say sorry? ( that could be another question to ask on Q&A couldn't it). Hope you're problems are sorted and you're feeling more chilled now. All the best to you Ian!
