A 3.3 GPA in what subjects? They don't care what you got in Freshman composition. They do care a lot what you got in organic chemistry, physics and biochemistry.
You do not need pharmacy experience to enter. That's what the school is for, to give you experience.

Certainly, you might not be able to get into a top tier school, but you should be able to find a school.
