Chances are you wont be able to find all of the volumes of Gakuen Alice Manga here in the Philippines because it is not that popular yet here. In Manila (usually in SM malls or Robinsons malls) Comic Alley and Filbars are the places to go to when buying Manga (although at times National Bookstore churns out a few Manga titles) but I think Gakuen Alice Manga is not yet that readily available in these places.
Maybe you could order from them from Comic Alley or Filbars (although it is really hard if you choose this option because they may charge you a higher rate or maybe you might just be wasting your time waiting).
Gakuen Alice Manga may not be all worth your money so better preview the manga first on the internet. There are a lot more of good manga out there.
