Hi all,

My above mention severums (not sure which ones) Have dropped a load of eggs on a clay pot i have in my tank.
Last time they did that the eggs disappeared after a couple of days, i guess something ate them, wether it was the electric yellows, silver sharks, dollars or frontys i don't know, but i am excited and was wondering what i shoud do???

Any suggestions?

Cheers

Zak

I agree, you will need a dedicated tank for the pair of severums or at the very least a seperate tank to move the eggs to after the severums breed. Severums can be tough defending eggs, but with that much pressure from other tough fish, something is going to eat them.

Any of the fish can be the culprits, especially in such a mix n mash tank. To successfully breed them you would need to designate a breeding tank for the Severum pair.
