There is a good scar reducing cream called "Hirudoid", that if used daily for several weeks, really reduces the appearance of scars, even old ones. In some parts of the world, you can just buy it at the pharmacy without a prescription.

There is something called Mederma for scars at Walgreen's and Vitamin K cream - you need to use it for a while for the effects to occur. There is also Avon Anew Retinol Line Eliminator Acne / Scar Cream. Scar Zone is another product. DermaBlend is a cover up product.

You might want to try some of the scar creams like Mederma; they're available at most drugstores (Walgreen's, Rite-Aid, etc.) Most places have generic versions as well. I use it for scarring from skin problems some years ago, and it has really helped.

wear long sleeved tops or get some foundation n put it over them, will discuise it a bit.
