Try system recovery. If that doesn't help use a system recovery disc to reload windows from scratch (it will take all day)...if you didn't get a disc with your computer, call the place where you bought it and ask them for the computer manufacturer's number where you can order one from them (I paid $16 and it came in a week). Then load the latest virus software on too.

I haven't been able to sign in to msn since last Friday? Keeps coming up "server not found" All my icons have gone squiffy too.Tried the helpline-no joy.Checked all connections -ok. Plus my BT Yahoo messenger has disappeared??? Gremlins !!!

This maybe because of Spy-ware or Ad-ware(12%). If you have recently Downloaded:
BlueEmotes - JRINSTALLER
Then your computer has been severly hacked!

it might be a spyware or a virus, run a full system scan on ur computer.
