I have a Signed?

I have a signed Dick Johnson hard cover book but it has some pages that have not been printed on. I am guessing it's the only book with this error and I was wondering if it would still be worth anything. It also has an original signature on it.

could be, keep it!!! or take it to PBS Roadshow
