speaking from many years of experience. productivity in the workplace would skyrocket. i cant even begin to count how many times i have had to cover for their laziness. and then you all sit and wonder why we think poorly of you. its not ALL but an overwhelming majority who are just there to get a check. they dont thik they actually need to work .

I dont think this is a ridiculous question as some others here have stated, but it has to be addressed with caution.
Yes there have been counties in africa that have bannished white people, yes there have been white nations right around the world that have racialy miss treated black people.
But we all, around the world, have grown up.
racism should not be an issue.
The wider community have come to realise that, when given the same oppertunities in education and employment, black people can and offten are just as good and sometimes even better than the white man.
But not to let black people get big heads, there are a few minority groups who take advanage of the system and abuse there rights, just the same for white people, so I would say we are equal on many counts.
Black and white should live in peace together, that way this world we know can move foward and look foward to a brighter and more peaceful future, How else are we to overcome terrorism, racism, facism, sexism and all the other ism's that you can think of.

Well i don't know what would happen if all Blacks went to Africa but What about the Black people from the Caribbeans or Hispanic descent where do you suggest they go ?
I think if all Blacks (non-whites ) have to leave so would Whites since their ancestors stole America from the Indians(natives) The only people that have a right to kick anyone out and should stay if you theory was to happen should be the native they were and are the original "American"
According to some studies we all came from Africa and migrated to different parts of the world ,so all people would have to go back to Africa

If you are speaking of The US, it is not the white mans world.
I pose a question to you. What would happen if all races returned the lands that they stole from all indigenous peoples all over the world and left the Native peoples in peace?

I think Africa would earn alot of gold medals at the Olympics...so much talent in the black athletes. I'm proud to call them my borther's and sister's. BTW im a Mex-American and I would wonder how it be if WE ALL went back to our motherlands. Would that mean American Indians could have the US back?

The white man world is in the lice infested, caves of Europe eating raw meat and dragging thier women around by the hair. The white man can't lay claim to anything, they haven't done one honorable thing to claim anything. Their whole history is lies and cheating and now they want to believe that the whole world is out to get them. If every other race left, then the animals better run too, because without the hopes of a black man coming to the bed of some of the she white, they would be laying up with every barnyard animal that could not get away.

Africa has such a low economy...in most places people are starving...if all African Americans were to return I think there would be more disease and mass starvation due to overcrowding.

there is no such thing as a "white man's world". everyone has the right to live where ever they want to. and honestly, i'm native american indian, so basically everyone needs to get off of my land.
but i'm not mean, stay don't go. i'm Navajo Indian and we are peaceful people. we don't like all of that fighting and bickering.
