Even after I have downloaded All-in-one Codec files I am unable to view Yahoo Movie trailers. What can I do?

Few days back it was working. Now I am unable to see Yahoo movie trailers. Recently I have deleted all the files from the Disk (C drive) to clean it. Will this be the reason?

Download apple quicktime... this is the format the videos are stored in
