I can't remember the name of the track, but I'm pretty sure it's by Ennio Morricone, from one of his many "spaghetti western" soundtracks - it was also used in Kill Bill

The title music used in that add is from a movie called kill bill , which was written and directed by Quentin Tarantino. The images of Gordon using the Japanese sword is reflective of the story line in which Umha Thurman (lead lady) proceeds to kill many assailants while trying to find bill, (David Caradine). Her ex lover who's bunch of cut throat assassins all most kill her leaving her for dead in a coma and then kidnapping her daughter.

If you are into action adventure blood and guts movies this one and its sequel Kill Bill 2 are a must to see!.
