my dad came from newcastle in england and was sent to a southern english army village, he met my mums brother who invited home for dinner, and thats how they met, married now for 55 years!!

They meet at work in Mexico City. My dad's familly owns several bussines in Mexico and my dad hapend to work w/ his aunt at her clothing factory. My mom went there to apply for a job and she end up working w/my dad inspecting the clothes. After 2 years knowing each other they got married.

They met thru other people in my family...my mom was 14 and my dad 17. He went into the army and she waited for him..they were married when he came back. She was 18. They are still married...40+ years now!

michigan state u 5th floor holmes hall where my dads buddy lived. My mom was best friends with the guys girlfriend ....the rest is history.

at a swimming pool...my mum thought my dad was a bit creepy [he's 6 years older]...but he won er over in the end!!!
plus it gives me a ready made excuse when mum finds out my boyfriend is 19 =D

my parents were pen friends before. my mom saw a poem which was written by my dad's pen-friend magazine. she was touched by the poem and started to write letters to my dad. after couple months, my mom went to Taipei to visit my dad and married him... ^^
