How long does a human pregnancy last? A Full term pregnancy is 40 weeks, but between 37 - 40 weeks is still considered full term. Some pregnancies are shorter, with the little ones born premature, and 1 of mine was 42 weeks and 3 days, so they do vary.

Full term pregnacies are 40 weeks, or 9 months. If you are in the 37-40 week range your baby should be fine if you go into labor. You can go into labor at any time. Any baby under, at the most, 32 weeks is considered a "preemie," or premature baby. Anyway, your baby can also be overdue, which is when your baby is born later than expected. The only usual side effect of that is that the baby is large. So, as was said on another comment, the time of bith that your baby is born is variable.

or do u want to know when a woman get pregasnt>?
so the ans for this is consider the first day of your period from that day 10th to 18th day are the days in which if u r haivng intercourse, then a woman can become a pregant. actually from 10th to 18th day there is only one day which actaully makes woman pregant but this is not maths so it is difficult to predict that one day so normally doc gives this range of 9 days. Also after having intercourse the siemen remains active for 12 hrs in the utrus.
