My friends live in the country and they have birds that chirp all night long and there are not any lights anywhere. We think it's a mocking bird, but that's besides the point.
Some people funtion better at night, and some animals (like my annoying hampster) only want to do anything at night.. So why not birds?

Do you mean the mountain parrots? sometimes they are still wide awake at 10 pm for some reason, the football flood lights may disturb them as they sleep there
