Do you mean Queen Elizabeth II visiting Scotland?? Then capitalize the proper nouns!! First grade grammar!!

If you are talking about Her Majesty, rather than the ocean liner, then Queen Elizabeth II has never visited Scotland, as she is only the first Queen of that name to rule there (Queen Elizabeth I of England was not queen of Scotland too).
