It doesn't matter where you were married, it still has to be recorded. So, you go to the County courthouse and get the official copy with the seal and bring this with you to your home and they should accept it as genuine. I'm sure there's going to be fees all the way around.

hi there - you can send for a copy of your marriage certificate ($10 from the Clark County Recorders office) but you don't need to record it in the UK.
