Hi FiR, Because it's a good chance that they could fall of their wagon and do it again. That's why it's hard to trust them and that's way a lot of people won't hirer them. Doesn't seem fair does it!!! LOL.

Because there are no guarantees with rehabilitation, especially (in my opinion) sex offenders.

Everyone deserves a second chance,
Many people a driven to offend out of circumstance,
if society wish people to behave then it has to accept people back into the fold, learn to trust.

You don't always know. Under the Re-habilitation of Offenders Act most minor offences over ten years old don't have to be declared.
